Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at lacecase22@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We have a 2-day order processing and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. It may be faster depending upon your location.

In case of high volume of orders received, the expected delivery time frame for your case may take up to 3-6 weeks from completion to delivery.  Rest assured that we are working as fast as possible.

In the meantime, please check your emails for order status updates.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for, and once the return is accepted and received.  We will send you the item exchange that you requested.
